Step 1: Start building your learner portfolio today.
Step 1: Begin by creating your personal, project-based portfolio page.
Create a new account on Learn Through Life to setup your personal portfolio page. On your portfolio page, you can enter in your profile information, and then you are ready to upload projects that you have created.

Step 2: Determine the learning apps required for completing your project.
Select the app(s) needed to teach you the skills required for completing your project. If you already possess those skills, great, you can skip this step. However, if you need to learn the basics of any technology skill, choose to purchase a low-cost, user-friendly app from the Ed. Tech. Directory.

Step 3: Complete the project form to post your project.
Complete your project and then choose the Project Form button on your portfolio page to download the template form used to post your project. This PDF form allows for explaining your project and for embedding a graphic, video, audio, or other project-specific, file-type that will display your finished project.

Step 4: Add your project to your portfolio and share your project with others.
Upload the project form to post your project on your portfolio page. Once uploaded, you can choose to share your project with friends, fellow employees, or bosses to demonstrate what you’ve done. You can also choose to share your project on a public feed for others to like, comment on, or potentially use themselves for a project.

Step 5: Continue to add projects to your portfolio page on Learn Through life.
As you add projects, you can choose to modify or delete prior ones if desired, but as technology rapidly changes, your best defense to stay relevant is to regularly post new projects to reflect the real-world technology needs of the day. You will be ahead of others and can continue upskilling. Have fun!
